Ingredients

  • 25 to 30 Meatballs frozen
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Red currant jelly or Grape jelly
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Chili Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Low-sodium Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  • Start with setting up the crockpot.
  • Add butter, jelly, brown sugar, chili sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, broth, and water. Mix them well until combined.
  • Gently place the meatballs in the crockpot and mix.
  • Now cook the meatballs for 6 hours on a low setting. OR if you are in a hurry, cook them on high for 4 hours.
