Cherry Cheesecake Fluff

This Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is quite possibly the fluffiest, creamiest, most delightful dessert I've ever had the pleasure of shoveling into my mouth.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 21 oz can cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. By hand, gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the marshmallows and cherry pie filling until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cups and enjoy this fluffy cherry cheesecake dream!
