- Line 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Pulse Oreos in food processor until evenly crushed but not too fine. Set aside.
- In large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until marshmallows are puffy and butter is melted (about 1-1.5 minutes total).
- Stir until smooth and completely combined.
- Quickly fold in crushed Oreos, making sure to distribute evenly.
- Transfer mixture to prepared pan, pressing gently to level (don't compact too much).
- Let set at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Use parchmentfoil overhang to lift from pan.
- Cut into 9 squares with a sharp knife.
