These no-bake treats take marshmallow bars to a whole new level with crushed Oreos and creamy marshmallow! Perfect for kids to help make.

Ingredients
  

  • Base Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz package Oreo cookies
  • 5 cups large marshmallows about 1 10-oz bag
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Optional Toppings
  • Extra crushed Oreos
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles

Equipment

  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Food processor or blender
  • Large microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper or foil

Method
 

  1. Line 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Pulse Oreos in food processor until evenly crushed but not too fine. Set aside.
  3. In large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and butter.
  4. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until marshmallows are puffy and butter is melted (about 1-1.5 minutes total).
  5. Stir until smooth and completely combined.
  6. Quickly fold in crushed Oreos, making sure to distribute evenly.
  7. Transfer mixture to prepared pan, pressing gently to level (don't compact too much).
  8. Let set at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  9. Use parchmentfoil overhang to lift from pan.
  10. Cut into 9 squares with a sharp knife.
