Ingredients

  • Base Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz package Oreo cookies
  • 5 cups large marshmallows about 1 10-oz bag
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Optional Toppings
  • Extra crushed Oreos
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Pulse Oreos in food processor until evenly crushed but not too fine. Set aside.
  • In large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and butter.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until marshmallows are puffy and butter is melted (about 1-1.5 minutes total).
  • Stir until smooth and completely combined.
  • Quickly fold in crushed Oreos, making sure to distribute evenly.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared pan, pressing gently to level (don’t compact too much).
  • Let set at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Use parchmentfoil overhang to lift from pan.
  • Cut into 9 squares with a sharp knife.
