Keto / Low Carb Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c. Duke's mayo
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 T. Splenda
  • 3 T. vinegar
  • 10 oz. coleslaw mix

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients except cabbage until smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetener, vinegar and salt to taste.
  3. Add dressing to coleslaw until it is as moist as you like it.
  4. Chill.
