That is a whole day of carbs, in one serving!
This recipe may not be quite up to KFC coleslaw standards, but it is still pretty good…and only 217 calories and 2 grams of carbs!
Keto / Low Carb Coleslaw
- ½ c. Duke’s mayo
- ½ tsp. salt
- 3 T. Splenda
- 3 T. vinegar
- 10 oz. coleslaw mix
- Mix all ingredients except cabbage until smooth.
- Adjust sweetener, vinegar and salt to taste.
- Add dressing to coleslaw until it is as moist as you like it.
