Pecan pie cookies

Ingredients
  

  • Single pie crust You can use homemade or buy from a grocery store
  • 2 tbs butter that you can melt in the microwave
  • ½ cup pecans that you can chop
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1.4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 eggs for consistency
  • Salt to taste
  • Chocolate chips or frosting cream Optional

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to 400 degrees F for pre-heat.
  2. Now, take a bowl and add butter, pecan, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, and eggs. Constantly stir it on hot water boiling on the stove.
  3. Turn down the flame if the mixture starts to get thick.
  4. Remove from the heat and let it sit for cooling.
  5. Now, make cookies shape from a cutter by using the dough.
  6. Add the mixture to each cookie and put them on the parchment paper.
  7. Let them bake for at least 8 minutes.
