PIONEER WOMAN'S MONKEY BREAD

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven for 375 °F.
  2. Melt margarine or butter.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in the bottom of a well greased Bundt pan.
  4. Add brown sugar, water, remaining pecans and cinnamon to melted margarine/butter.
  5. Lightly boil 2 minutes.
  6. Cut biscuits in half and cut cream cheese into 40 pieces.
  7. Flatten the biscuit half and shape into a ball around a piece of cream cheese.
  8. Place 20 balls in pan and drizzle with half the caramel sauce.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Bake at 375 °F for 25 minutes.
