Ingredients

  • 2 packages 9.6 oz each sausage crumbles
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 packages 8 oz each crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Cook the Sausage and Cream Cheese: In a medium pot over low heat, cook the sausage crumbles with the cream cheese until the cheese is fully melted and combined with the sausage. Stir occasionally.
  • Prepare the Crescent Roll Dough: Unroll one package of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch the seams together to form a solid layer.
  • Layer the Sausage Mixture: Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough.
  • Top with Crescent Roll Dough: Unroll the second package of crescent roll dough and place it over the sausage mixture. Pinch the seams together and press the edges to seal.

Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  • Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
