  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Slice potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  3. Toss slices with oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes
