Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Wonton Cups: Place the wonton wrappers into the cups of a muffin tin, pressing them down to form little bowls. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes until they start to turn golden. Remove from the oven.
Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed and drained spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
Fill the Wonton Cups: Spoon the mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup.
Bake Again: Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the filling is hot and the wonton cups are golden brown.
Serve: Let the wonton cups cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
