Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • One 6-ounce box of Stove Top stuffing mix choose your preferred flavor
  • 2 pounds of lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup divided

Instructions

  • Begin by warming the oven to 350°F. Ready your 9×13" baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a spacious bowl, whisk the eggs and water until they blend smoothly.
  • Stir in the Stove Top stuffing mix, followed by the ground beef. Add half of the ketchup and combine all elements uniformly using your hands.
  • Transfer your mixture into the baking dish, molding it into a classic loaf shape.
  • For an even finish, glaze the meatloaf with the remaining ketchup.
  • Cook in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. Once done, let it rest for about 10 minutes, slice, and it's ready to be served.

Notes

  • Enhance the ketchup glaze by mixing in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar for a slightly sweet twist.
