German Meatloaf

WANT TO SAVE THIS RECIPE?

You can eat it with any side or cold the next day on a slice of toast. I’ve got my Meatloaf recipe from my grandpa (like probably many of you use a family recipe). He just made the best Meatloaf of all time. I’ve never had one that juicy and full of flavors anywhere else. Like I said, it can be served with anything. I usually do it the original Bavarian way tho, with some pan baked potatoes and brown gravy. Mmmh yummy, just writing about it, makes me wanna have it again right now!
