Crockpot Barbecue Ribs
These Crockpot Barbecue Ribs are slow cooked to perfection with a delicious homemade barbecue sauce. They’re the perfect meal for a summer evening.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the ribs into a large Crockpot and season with salt.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs and turn the Crockpot to low.
- Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Serve the ribs with the remaining barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
Notes
The ribs should be cooked for at least 8 hours, but can be cooked overnight for even more flavor.
If you don’t have a Crockpot, you can also cook the ribs in the oven at 325°F for about 2 hours.
