Parmesan Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef mince
- 1 pound of turkey mince
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Italian herbs
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste as desired.
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the beef mince, turkey mince, Italian herbs, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, grated parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
