Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef mince
  • 1 pound of turkey mince
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Italian herbs
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste as desired.

Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the beef mince, turkey mince, Italian herbs, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, grated parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
