Parmesan Meatloaf

I have to say, this dish has quickly become one of my favorite comfort foods. The combination of ground beef and turkey, with the added flavors of Italian seasoning, garlic, and parmesan cheese, creates a delicious and juicy meatloaf that is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

I first discovered this recipe while searching for something new to make for dinner. I had some ground beef and turkey in the fridge and was looking for a way to use it up. I stumbled upon this recipe and was immediately intrigued by the combination of flavors. I had never thought to add parmesan cheese to a meatloaf before, but I was willing to give it a try.

When I started preparing the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the recipe was to follow. I combined the ground beef and turkey with the Italian seasoning, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, grated parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. I then kneaded the mixture with my hands until everything was well combined.

Next, I formed the meat mixture into a loaf and placed it into a loaf pan. I then topped the meatloaf with marinara sauce and baked it in the oven for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, I removed the meatloaf from the oven and topped it with shredded mozzarella cheese. I returned it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and become golden brown.

When I finally took the meatloaf out of the oven, the aroma that filled my kitchen was simply amazing. The cheese had melted and was now bubbly and golden brown. The meatloaf itself was juicy and succulent, with a delicious blend of flavors that was both comforting and satisfying.

I served the meatloaf with a side of garlic roasted potatoes and a mixed greens salad. The combination of flavors was simply divine. The tender and juicy meatloaf, combined with the tangy marinara sauce and melted cheese, was the perfect balance of flavors. The garlic roasted potatoes added a delicious crunch , while the mixed greens salad added a fresh and crisp contrast to the dish.

In conclusion, I have to say that this Parmesan Meatloaf recipe has quickly become one of my favorite comfort foods. It’s easy to make, delicious to eat, and perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. So if you’re looking for a new and exciting recipe to try, I highly recommend giving this Parmesan Meatloaf a try. You won’t be disappointed!
