And you know what that means, don’t you? It’s the end of the week so you can Pamper yourself! And I have the perfect recipe for it. Chocolate + sweetened condensed milk + grated coconut. That’s right, 3 ingredients are all you need to make delicious but super simple aka Homemade Bounty Bars. MOUNDS.

Want homemade bounty bars? Use milk chocolate. Fancy a homemade MOUNDS? Use dark chocolate instead. Making chocolate bars from scratch is as simple as that!

  • Melted milk or dark chocolate
  • 3 cups of coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of condensed milk


  1. Mix the grated coconut with condensed milk, mould in oblong shape,
  2. add them to the freezer for 20 minutes
  3. then dip them in melted chocolate.
  4. Stick almonds on them and have almond joy
  5. Be creative!

    This peach cobbler recipe looks so good that I can hardly wait to try it!!! I want to wait..only until I can get the freshest peaches I can get from my favorite orchard…in about 2 to 4 weeks!!! My mouth will water in the meantime!!!
