Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large yellow onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter cubed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with the olive oil until coated. Season with the Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the sausage pieces, diced onion and bell pepper to the bowl and gently toss to combine with the potatoes and seasonings.
  4. Transfer everything to the prepared baking dish. Dot the top evenly with the cubed butter.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15-20 more minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes, then serve while hot. Enjoy!
