Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles
Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles is a hearty, comforting meal made with tender beef, creamy sauce, and egg noodles, all cooked together in a slow cooker for a hassle-free dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of beef suitable for stewing
- 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 and 1/4 cups of dairy milk
- 1 packet of pot roast seasoning mix
- 2 cloves of garlic or an equivalent amount of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 8 oz of sour cream
Instructions
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk and condensed soup.
- Season the mixture with pepper, garlic, and the pot roast seasoning. Stir until well blended.
- Layer the uncooked beef at the bottom of your slow cooker and pour the soup mixture over it. Give everything a good stir. Cook on low heat for 10 hours or on high heat for 4 to 6 hours.
- In the final 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the sour cream.
- Boil the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package, then add to the slow cooker and mix in. Serve hot.
